The Website may accept payments for examination registration fees and for the purchase/request of examination-related books and study materials. The cancellation and refund terms applicable to each type of payment are given below.

1. Examination Registration Fee

Once an examination registration has been successfully submitted and the registration fee has been paid, the registration cannot be cancelled by the student, parent/guardian, school or any other person.

The examination registration fee is non-refundable.

No refund will be provided due to:

• Change of mind
• Non-participation or absence from the examination
• Incorrect information entered during registration
• Change of school or class
• Failure to appear for the examination
• Any other personal reason

Applicants are advised to carefully verify all registration details before making the payment.

2. Book Order Cancellation

Students, parents or schools may place an order/request for examination-related books or study materials available on the Website.

A book order may be cancelled only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once the book has been dispatched, the order cannot normally be cancelled.

3. Return of Books

Books are generally not eligible for return due to change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference or no longer being required.

However, if a customer receives a:

• Damaged book
• Defective or substantially printing-damaged book
• Wrong book
• Incorrect quantity

The customer should contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The customer may be required to provide photographs/videos of the received package and book for verification.

After verification, the organization may arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement of the book where applicable.

4. Refund for Book Orders

If a refund is approved after verification, the refund will generally be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.

Where a replacement book is provided, no separate refund will normally be issued for the same order.

Shipping charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error attributable to the organization.

5. Payment Failure / Amount Debited but Registration or Order Not Confirmed

Sometimes a payment may fail, remain pending or the customer’s bank account may be debited even though the Website does not show a successful registration or book order.

In such cases, the customer should contact us with the following details:

• Student/Customer Name
• Registration Number or Order Number, if available
• Registered Mobile Number
• Transaction ID / UTR Number
• Payment Date
• Amount Paid
• Screenshot of the transaction, if required

The transaction will be verified against our payment records and the payment gateway records.

If the payment is confirmed as received but the registration/order was not successfully created due to a technical issue, the organization will take appropriate action after verification, which may include completing the registration/order or processing an applicable refund.

6. Duplicate Payment

If the same registration or book order is accidentally paid for more than once, the duplicate transaction may be reviewed and verified.

If a duplicate payment is confirmed, the organization may process a refund for the duplicate transaction after verification.

7. Payment Gateway / Bank Reversal

In case of a failed, reversed, pending or disputed transaction, the payment status received from the payment gateway and/or banking system will be considered for verification.

The time taken for a payment reversal or refund may depend on the payment gateway, bank and payment method used.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.
